Pro Trait Strategies & Common Mistakes
The #1 Money Unit Rule:
Never keep a combat trait on Ramen Guy or Stone Alchemist! You MUST reroll their traits until you hit Investor (+25% Money Boost). This extra cash is what allows you to max out your carries before boss waves.
Don't Waste Trait Crystals on Low-Tier Units:
Trait Crystals are rare and expensive. Do NOT use Trait Crystals on Rare or Epic units (C-Tier / B-Tier). Save all your rerolls for Mythic and Secret units like 8th Sword (Berserk) or Shadow (Divine).
The Toy Maker Secret:
Toy Maker feels like an average Mythic with standard traits, but if you roll the Unbound (0.1%) trait on her, her summon stats skyrocket, making her an S-Tier carry for Expedition Mode!
How to Reroll Traits in Anime Expeditions
Rerolling traits requires Trait Crystals (or Trait Shards), which you can get from Active Anime Expeditions Codes, Quests, or Raid drops.
- 01 Launch Anime Expeditions on Roblox.
- 02 Click the Areas button on the left side of your screen.
- 03 Select Traits to teleport to the Trait NPC/Building in the main lobby.
- 04 Step inside the ring, select the Unit you want to upgrade, and click Reroll!
Traits FAQ
Q1 Can I lock a Trait while rerolling for a better one?
A: No, rerolling completely replaces your current Trait! If you roll a decent Legendary trait (like Limit Breaker), only reroll it if you have plenty of Trait Crystals left to chase a Mythic.
Q2 What is the single best Trait in Anime Expeditions?
A: Unbound (0.1%) is the absolute best trait in the game. It gives a massive +350% Damage boost, cuts attack delay, and increases range all at once.
